PREPARED CHILDBIRTH
This series of four classes prepares parents and support people for labor and delivery, as well as those first weeks at home with the new baby. We highly recommend that all first-time mothers AND fathers join us for these enjoyable and enlightening classes. Some of the topics in this series include:
- Physiology of labor
- Relaxation
- Breathing and positioning techniques
- Pain management during labor
- Delivery
- Postpartum care and concerns
- Baby care and parenting

Classes are held weekly for four weeks from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
WE'RE HAVING A BABY AGAIN
This class is a "refresher" for those parents who have already experienced a vaginal birth. We focus on breathing, relaxation, and positioning during labor, as well as discuss pain management options and postpartum concerns.

THE ART OF BREASTFEEDING
This class is designed to provide important information for women who would like to breastfeed, or who are undecided about which feeding method to use. We will address how breastfeeding works, different breastfeeding techniques, and how to prepare yourself. Ample time is allotted for questions.
Classes are generally scheduled at the end of the childbirthing class
