Dr. Huggins has been a proud resident of Galion since 1962. His studies to become an obstetrician/gynecologist took him first to Otterbein College in Columbus for his bachelor's degree, then on to the Ohio State University College of Medicine for his medical degree. After completing his residency at Indiana University Medical Center in 1992, he returned home and began the private practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Galion, Inc.

A Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Huggins also is a member of the American Medical Association, the Ohio State and Crawford County Medical Associations, and the American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists.

In his spare time, Dr. Huggins enjoys fishing, telling jokes, and mowing the lawn with his favorite John Deere tractor. He is very active in the community, including sitting on the boards of the Galion Community Foundation and Galion Community Hospital. But most of all, he enjoys spending precious time with his wife Caryl and three lovely children -- Pearson, Evan and Lauren.

Katie was born and raised in Galion and is a proud graduate of Galion Senior High. She went on to obtain a Bachelor’s of biology and a Bachelor’s of science with a Certificate of Completion in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Findlay. After graduating she worked in Family Practice in Sidney, Oh.

Katie is a certified Physician Assistant by the National Certifying Commission of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board.
She is a fellow member of both the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

In her spare time, Katie enjoys traveling. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing with her golden retriever.

Tammi is our "in-house" expert ultrasonagrapher, providing quality ultrasounds with a personal touch. She scans the pelvis and/or breasts of women with gynecologic problems, as ordered by the health care provider. She also performs scans during pregnancy, investigating many aspects of the baby, including due dates, anatomy, placenta, and sex. Tammi has correctly identified the sex of the baby in all but two pregnancies during her entire 11-year career -- she's a good bet to win the baby pool!!

Dolly, Kathy, Mary and Angie will greet you with a smile as you arrive for your appointment.
